So....Mother's Day is tomm. I find myself looking back on my last week and wishing that things could have been a little different.
My sweet "J" came down with a severe stomach bug, one that we were fearing since diagnosis 2 1/2 years ago.
She ended up in the hospital for an overnight. Since she has come home we have dealt with horrible lows and pleading every hour for her to eat something, anything that might give her a little bit more stability in her BG's. Currently we are on day #6 and boy am I exhausted!!
My only wish for this Mother's Day is for a good T1 day for my Jilly and both of my kiddies & family being happy and healthy.
It is not easy on our family and I find myself trying to find that balance, constantly walking on a tightrope to make sure that everyone is getting enough attention from me. For some reason, I always feel like I am not doing enough and that someone is always coming up with the short end of the stick.
